Privacy

Clear terms for a simple first conversation.

What we collect

When you apply to become a partner, we collect your name, work email, firm, country, team size, chosen workflow, current systems, optional time estimate and the process description you provide. Please do not submit real client records.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry and understand whether Open Accountancy Practice may be relevant to your firm. We do not add you to marketing communications without a separate choice.

How long we keep it

What we do not do

We do not sell enquiry details. We do not put contact details, enquiry text or client information into public benchmark data.

Professional work

This notice covers website enquiries. Any engagement will have its own terms, privacy information and applicable professional safeguards before work begins.

Storage and access

Applications are stored in a private database on our OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised operators. They are not used as public benchmark material or added to mailing lists.
